Experience Shinrin-yoku. A Forest Therapy guided walk led by Caitlin Keddie of Forest Therapy Scotland, that takes participants slowly and mindfully through natural settings. The guide provides several invitations along the way to help awaken all of your senses, and to deepen your connection with yourself, others, and the ‘more than human world’. The aim of the practice is to find pleasure in the present moment and place, not necessarily about gaining specific naturalist knowledge.
