Mushrooms have been used in medicine in China and Japan for thousands of years and the understanding and use is growing in the west. Here in the UK many of our native species are also medicinal and can be used to make medicines at home.
You’ll learn over 20 species of native medicinal fungi, where to look for them, how to identify them and what they are used for. Talks and slideshow followed by a hands-on workshop of making the medicines including harvesting, drying, pulverising, water extracts, tinctures, combination and full-spectrum extracts.
You’ll take home printed information and your own mushroom tincture and extract.
