Seaweed Forage Sunday 4 March 2018 Fully Booked


Edible Seashore Foray to discover how to identify, harvest and prepare nutritious edible seaweeds. Wear warm clothes and suitable waterproof footwear. Maximum group size is 12 and the price includes recipe booklet, seaweed nutrition information and tasters. Please bring a snack with a hot drink too.
Time: 8.30 to 12.30. This is an early start I know, but the low tides at the early spring weekends are very early this year and we will make the most of the new growth seaweed at low tide.
Venue: East Lothian coast.
