Seaweed Forage Saturday 11 April East Lothian

Edible Seashore Foray to discover how to identify, harvest and prepare nutritious edible seaweeds. Wear warm clothes and suitable waterproof footwear, you will be on the rocks and around rockpools. Maximum group size is 12 and the price includes recipe booklet, seaweed nutrition information and tasters. Please bring a snack with a hot drink too.
Time: 8:30 to 12:30-13:00. This is a really early start I know, but the low tides at the spring weekends are very early this year and we will make the most of the new growth seaweed at low tide.
