Seaweed Forage – Wednesday 30 April 2025 (East Lothian)
£50.00
An ‘edible seashore’ foray to discover how to identify, harvest and prepare nutritious edible seaweeds. There is a wonderful feast of seaweeds off our shores and this part of Earrach after the Spring Equinox is ‘seaweed spring’ when they are at their tastiest and most succulent.
“I came away in awe of how many ways in which seaweed can be used, stored and preserved and how important it was for health. I would highly recommend this course for anyone with an interest in wild food. Still feeling inspired 2 weeks after :)” ~ Seaweed Forage Participant, 2023
