I will leave which option you choose to your discretion. I am aware that it will take some time to get the results back. This relies on me successfully crowdfunding next year in order to raise funds for lab processing fees. In the meantime the samples are frozen in these special vials in a fluid that keeps them stable indefinitely when frozen. Because there will be a delay I have taken money out of my savings and bought the vials. I would really appreciate if you can pay for the vials but if you can’t please cover the postage.

If you are not participating and have not signed an Informed Consent form, please do not use this. All names and addresses are checked against the records I hold and you will be refunded.
